Tom Masterson Leasing Agent Tom joined the team in July of 2010 and brings 5 years of commercial leasing and sales experience with a local commercial real estate brokerage to his current position as Leasing Agent for LandLord Resources. Tom's background in the commercial real estate industry has provided him the tools to effectively assist current and future tenants in their search for retail or office space that fits the needs of their businesses.

Sanjuanita Benavidez Accountant Sanjuanita joined the team in June 2007 and many know her as "SJ" for short. SJ came to LandLord Resources with six years of banking experience. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration in December 2006 from the University of Incarnate Word. SJ plans to pursue her Master's in Business Administration while working as part of the LandLord Resources term.

Leon Stephen Loeb President and Owner Leon is a fourth generation Corpus Christi native, he attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and holds Masters Degrees in both Business Administration and Public Policy from Harvard University. He holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers and has been a full member of The Urban Land Institute for 25 years. In addition to his real estate activities Leon's experience in business, engineering, and public affairs provides a unique perspective and competitive advantage in our own business, and is available to our Tenants for advice and consultation on the development of their businesses.

Priscilla Hernandez Controller Priscilla joined the team in May 2004 and came to us with four years of banking experience. In May 2004, Priscilla received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.

Shelly Gainan Operations Manager Shelly joined the LandLord Resources team in November 2002. She brings with her 16 years of experience with a local real estate investment company. Shelly's extensive background in leasing and management of commercial real estate covered properties in Corpus Christi, Alice and Mississippi. Shelly's goal at LandLord Resources will be to provide excellent customer service to our tenants, maintain the long standing relationship with area vendors and ensure customer satisfaction to all.

Tina Alvarez Operations Coordinator Tina joined LandLord Resources in August 2006. She comes to LandLord with clerical and medical experience working for HEB Pharmacy and offers banking skills with her employment with Bank of America. Tina desires to further her career in the Commercial Real Estate arena where she can be a Leasing Agent with LandLord Resources. Tina's goal at LandLord Resources is to help deliver sensational customer service to the tenants and provide and upstanding professional relationship with the vendors.

David Loeb Vice President David has participated in the family business since his teens. He started from the ground up doing landscaping and asphalt repair in the summer. He rejoined the company after receiving his bachelor's degrees in Economics and Government from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. He currently manages the Leasing Department and is heavily involved in the development and redevelopment aspects of the business. His activities in the community include serving as Vice-Chairman of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, serving on the Steering Committee of the Heart of Corpus Christi, completing Leadership Corpus Christi, and most recently being elected to serve on the Corpus Christi City Council.

Danny Rangel Maintenance Danny has been with LandLord Resources for more than 19 years with the primary responsibility for on-the-spot field maintenance. With specialties in air conditioning, landscaping, and carpentry work, Danny plays a key role in the operation and upkeep of our properties. Danny troubleshoots and solves a wide variety of maintenance problems.
